baba.gg UG | Co-Founder
Co-founder of baba, a location-based social sports app, leading tech and product and building it from scratch for iOS and Android. React Native and Expo on the frontend; a domain-driven serverless AWS backend (~40 Lambdas, DynamoDB, Cognito, API Gateway, EventBridge/SQS, push via End User Messaging) on CDK, with a generated OpenAPI contract and CI. All TypeScript.
superluminar GmbH | Principal Consultant
Advise client leadership on what decides whether cloud work succeeds: org design, IT strategy, processes, and budgeting, primarily on AWS, both high-level and hands-on. Also driving compliance and internal organisational development at superluminar.
-At AFC, migrating a Docker Swarm estate to AWS ECS while coaching a long-tenured team on modern operations and software-delivery practices.
-At MOIA, embedded as a Senior Security Engineer: replaced the Cloud Custodian setup with Wiz for cloud security posture in 6 months, including custom Python auto-remediation that resolves Wiz findings automatically. Rolled the same setup out to Volkswagen ADMT within weeks. All in Terraform; visibility into and remediation of infrastructure risk improved dramatically.
-Scoped TISAX compliance with superluminar management - the organisational changes (IT/security hiring, processes) needed to professionalise the company.
superluminar GmbH | Senior Consultant
Led client landing zone, networking, and migration work, owning the technical direction and delivery as much as the implementation. CDK and TypeScript throughout.
-Interim Head of DevOps and Operations at Schlütersche: rotated the team and began lifting 20-year-old legacy systems (Drupal, WordPress) onto AWS, now in production. As much about establishing ownership and processes as the migration itself.
-At MOIA, set up a serverless, event-driven cabin video stream for self-driving vehicles on the AWS Chime SDK, and helped with end-to-end testing on the embedded side.

Technical
-As a team, built a cost-effective hybrid cloud platform based on ECS Anywhere. Docker first, QEMU/KVM second. Running on Amazon Linux / Rocky Linux (public / private cloud).
-Wrote GitLab pipelines to build cross-platform machine images using Packer, Ansible, and PowerShell, including tests with Goss and Python. Linux, Windows, macOS as both AMIs and QEMU/KVM VMs.
-Wrote GitLab pipelines to deploy to ECR / ECS. Improved developer-owned pipelines around building and testing Docker images.
-Wrote Lambdas and ECS-based services in Python for ETL tasks. Data plumbing primarily in PostgreSQL.
-As a team, achieved full coverage of our infrastructure as code in Terraform.
-Improved developer tooling written in Bash / Go interacting with our platform.
-Supporting developers.
Management
-Established IT and Security functions to support the business, hiring 5 experienced colleagues across IT (2), Security (2), and SRE (1). Led a team of 7.
-As a team, based on risk assessments, planned and executed projects like endpoint management and vendor management, and implemented SDLC and JML processes, among others, as part of our cross-team strategy.
-Annual budget responsibility of several million DKK in cloud, SaaS, and hardware spend.
Airtame ApS | Lead Infrastructure Engineer
Infrastructure lead. Highlights:
-Cut CDN costs 10x and improved uptime to > 99.99% by switching providers and rewriting tooling and public-facing code for our release infrastructure. OpenResty, S3, and BunnyCDN perma-cache.
-Improved uptime for airtame.cloud to > 99.99% by moving from Docker Swarm to AWS ECS, adding redundancy via multi-AZ support and separation of deployment environments, and increasing visibility through better monitoring, logging, and tracing. Docker, Terraform, Go, Grafana/Prometheus, Icinga, ELK, and X-Ray. EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, ElastiCache.
-Improved developer productivity and autonomy by switching from Jenkins to GitLab, writing tooling, and optimising CI/CD pipelines. YAML, Python, and Bash.
Additionally: supporting developers, access management, and a revamp of our network and data infrastructure. Moved offices 3 times, servers finally to a data centre. OIDC, SAML, WireGuard, IPSec, PostgreSQL, Ganeti, among others.

Started in helpdesk, then automated Windows machine provisioning with MDT and WDS, cutting setup time for every new device.
